Founded by artist and conceptual jeweller Nora Sarlak, our studio moves between philosophy and tactility. Born in Tehran and based in Barcelona, Nora’s work is rooted in both material exploration and theoretical inquiry. With a background in contemporary jewelry, painting, calligraphy, and a PhD in Contemporary Aesthetics, her practice blends craft with concept—always in dialogue with the body.
Nora Sarlak (Tehran, 1984) is a multidisciplinary artist and conceptual jeweller based in Barcelona. Her work explores the intersection of body, memory, and material through contemporary jewelry, painting, and research in aesthetics.
She holds a PhD in Contemporary Aesthetics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and is a graduate of Escola Massana, where she specialized in contemporary jewelry. Her creative journey also includes painting, Persian calligraphy, and years of practice in visual poetry and art criticism.
Nora’s pieces often begin with philosophical questions or tactile memories. She works with materials such as porcelain, silver, wool, and organic elements, building narratives that blur the boundaries between intimacy and abstraction, tradition and experimentation.
Her work has been exhibited internationally, including at Schmuck (Munich Jewelry Week), Legnica Jewelry Festival (Poland), and selected shows in Spain, Italy, and Iran. In 2025, she was invited to exhibit at the Disseny Hub Barcelona as part of the FAD’s historical showcase.
Whether sculptural or subtle, wearable or conceptual, her creations remain rooted in poetic intuition and material sensitivity.
We believe that jewelry is not just ornament. It is presence. It is ritual. It is a quiet form of resistance. Each piece is a fragment—of memory, gesture, transformation. We work with materials that breathe: silver, porcelain, wool, natural elements, and experimental textures. We craft objects that question, soothe, speak, or stay silent. From subtle rings to bold sculptural forms, from poetic one-of-a-kind pieces to wearable daily talismans—we create jewelry that evokes, remembers, and redefines. Rooted in artistic research, handcrafted with care, each piece is an invitation to reconnect with material, memory, and meaning.
